Our History

Welcome to www.VillaCaladesi.com and our villas.
Villa Caladesi, Coquina Cottage, and Sea House are
privately owned and managed by us. We believe these
three villas capture what we love best about Clearwater
Beach – casual coastal spaces where families and
friends can enjoy the perfect beach holiday.

My husband grew up in Clearwater, and is an eighth
generation Floridian. He spent his summers living in
an old beach cottage in nearby Indian Shores with his
family. His love of the Gulf Coast has been passed on
to me and our three children, who spend hours walking
along the shore collecting sea shells. We would like for
you to share these experiences with your family, too.
The warm and gentle waters of the Gulf Coast make
this destination ideal for a family holiday.
