Coquina Cottage is a charming 5-bedroom beach villa situated directly
on a sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It offers bright, open spaces
within and lush, relaxing porches outdoors. The sunset views at this villa
are truly beautiful.

Main Living Space:
The living space in Coquina Cottage consists of a comfortable family room
with vaulted ceiling and multiple French doors leading to a screened porch.
The fully stocked kitchen has all major appliances and is open to a large
dining area overlooking the beach.

Bedrooms:
Four of the five bedrooms in the villa are positioned off of the family room.
Two bedrooms are found upstairs with a common bathroom, and two
bedrooms are on the main level also sharing a common bath. The fifth
bedroom enjoys its own staircase on the opposite side of the cottage
with a private bathroom.

Around the Property:
The grounds of Coquina Cottage consist of an open patio area off of the
dining room and a large screened porch along the beach.
